Qualifications:
- Male
- Between 23 to 35 years old
- Must have at least high school diploma
- With at least 3 years similar working experience
- With valid Passport
- Good communication skills
- Must have good knowledge in agricultural practices and experience in fruit tree, vegetables, and field crops
- Experience in herb production is an advantage
- Solid experience in protected agriculture is an advantage
- With hands-on experience in planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables, fruits, herbs, and field crops using hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears and knives
- With hands-on experience in applying fertilizers, transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops, applying pesticides, cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products.
