Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Between 22 to 38 years of age
- Must have Culinary Arts Degree or Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree with minimum of 2 years professional experience as Cook/Chef in casual dining restaurant, cruise ship, or hotel
- Applicants without Culinary Arts degree or HRM degree must have a minimum of 5 years work experience as Cook/Chef
- Knowledge in International Cuisine
- Experience working abroad is an advantage
- Knowledge how to do mis en place, storage handling, proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment
- Able to pland ahead of duties and work independently
