• Between 21 to 32 years old
• At least high school graduate
• At least 5'4" in height for males and 5'1" in height for females
• Must have 20-20 vision, not colorblind
• No Ex-Taiwan

3. NBI Clearance with receipt
4. SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
5. NSO Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (if married)
6. 4 pcs. 2x2 pictures (white background)
7. SSS print out and actual premium payments (online or main office East Avenue, Quezon City)
8. Municipal LCR (Local Civil Registrar) Birth Certificate (certified true copy)
9. Voters ID/Certificate/Registration Record (Intramuros)
10. Diploma or TOR or Form 137/Form 133
11. Old school ID/Company ID with certification (supporting docs)
