• Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines 
• With at least 2 to 3 years expereinc in a hospital
• Preferably with experience handling geriatric patients
• Must be willing to undergo an intesive 6-month German Language class (FREE)
• Must be willing to undergo Bridging Program in Germany to become a Registered Nurse (FREE with allowance from employer)
