Qualifications:

• Male
• Between 20 to 35 years old
• At least high school graduate
• Graduates of TESDA or Techvoc schools and training centers are most welcome to apply
• With at least 2 years experience in both gas and diesel engines 
• Familiar with electrical wiring, underchassis repair, and engine overhauling
• Birth Certificate must not be late registered (the date of receipt in the Office of Local Civil Registrar must not exceed one (1) month after birth
• Holder of valid Passport
• Willing to undergo four (4) months Nihonggo training
• Willing to work in Japan for a maximum of 3 years (depending on job orders)
