- Male
- Must be 26 to 45 years old
- Must have at least vocational diploma/short course certificate
- Minimum of 3 years working experience abroad and in the same position
- Must have employment certificate, employment contract, ID's, Payslip, PDOS, OFW Information Sheet with Scaffolder written in all the said documents
- Must be physically fit, alert, and with good oral and written English
